For each movie, I think the quality's getting better. The pacing for this one felt like a real movie, and they didn't resort to easy frames for budget. The animation was very fluid!

Only critique I have were the stakes; even though characters were knocked out from attacks that seemed weak, the stakes overall didn't feel so high in this one.

There's a few moments in this where Gohan does the exact things Goku does in the original Dragon Ball, and it made me happy (e.g. cutting wood, climbing Korin Tower).
