The humor of Dragon Ball, some really spectacular fights, and beautiful art; this series was a good bite-sized Dragon Ball adventure. I was interested in learning more about the demon world that DBZ introduced. Overall, I think they did a good job!

Seeing SSJ4 finally canon was great (I prefer the GT design though). Some of the animation in the last fight reminded me of some of the Broly movie fights, and makes me appreciate that movie more.

That being said, there are some complaints. Sometimes the pacing was rigid. I wasn't attached to the new characters as much. I especially don't like Gomah's design as a villian; it's not unique, and he's not intimidating.

The beginning was awesome because it presented an interesting premise; what if they turned into kids? Around the end, the hype sort of died down. But it's a solid watch!
