This is my favorite of the 3 Dragon Ball films because there was a lot more new things! Chiaotzu & Tien's friendship is so cute (not gonna lie, the movie makes them strangely intimate?). Goku caring for Upa like a younger brother was cute. And this movie has Tao Pai Pai, who I think is a really fun and interesting character from the anime.

This is the only movie from Dragon Ball that I would rewatch. I like it!
