I thought I missed a movie from the original Dragon Ball series, but apparently this movie came out during GT. It was an anniversary special to commemorate the original series.

Unfortunately, I had to watch it dubbed in English, and I think that affected my experience watching this. I personally prefer the Japanese voices, so I didn't like how some lines were delivered.

The animation was solid. The GT art style is nice to look at, and makes me more excited to start GT. But some of the redesigns of the characters were weird.

Overall, it wasn't a bad watch. Just a tainted experience because of the dub.
